Ever since it was founded, SANA has been quite active with several medical and educational missions all over North Lebanon with the utlimate aim of having an impactful presence in the under-resourced areas of the North. SANA's medical and educational missions are usually planned on Tuesdays and upon the completion of each mission, a report gets posted to SANA's website in the "Latest News & Events" column. In addition, a link as well photographs from the day's mission get posted to SANA's Facebook Page.
